Dr Guarino is one of the best plastic surgeon! I had him do my implants 19 yrs ago and he did an amazing job! Loved them from the minute I got them. Fast forward 19 years I never had an issue or any problems. I wanted to go a little smaller though at this point of my life so decided to replace with smaller implants and have a lift. He explains everything in full detail so you know exactly what to expect. Always answers all questions and would tell you he doesn't think it's a good idea if he doesn't think so! Has the best bed side manor of any doctor I have gone to.. does amazing work. Loved them the first time and love them more the second time around. I had basically no pain and the results are amazing. I also do Botox and filler with him and wouldn't go to anyone else. Thank you as always! More

I went to Dr. Guarino for an outpatient procedure and could not be happier. One of the biggest reasons why I had chosen him over other specialists was because of the Yelp! reviews. Every doctor will post positive reviews on their own website to gain new clients, but it’s the reviews "outside" (on third party sites such as Yelp!) that really show how well or poor they are/can be.I consulted with a few specialists in addition to Dr. Guarino. While they were all professional and well in their own right, there were no reviews describing them (or their practice) other than their own business website. Dr Guarino, on the other hand, had several positive reviews which made my decision on what specialist to pick a little more easy.Dr. Guarino himself is a very pleasant doctor to work with. He is EXTREMELY patient (I am capitalizing that word for a reason). He is very down-to-earth and explains everything in a way to make sure his clients fully understand what is to occur, why, potential side effects, etc.The office staff are also professional and remain available to speak with clients on the phone during office hours. I had utilized them a few times when I had questions after my procedure and their responses were detailed enough that I felt comfortable/satisfied after ending our conversation. Nobody in the office is snotty and the atmosphere is non-intimidating. I am (beyond) extremely satisfied with choosing Dr. Guarino and have already spoken highly of him to others. In the event I need additional support moving forward, whether its through cosmetic procedures (Botox, Juvederm, etc) or medically-covered plastic surgery, I will immediately be calling his office to schedule a consult. Most AMAZING Doctor EVER! My first time ever receiving plastic surgery (June 2015) and Dr. Guarino was highly recommended by several patients whom I know personally. His professionalism speaks volumes! He went above and beyond to make sure I healed nicely, provided convenient follow up visits until he felt I was ready to be discharged. His staff, AMAZING! Super friendly and pleasant. 3 months post op and I am 150% thrilled with my results! After having 3 babies and nursing them all. I lost a lot of volume in my breast and decided that I wanted to have a breast augmentation. Dr.Guarino is definitely a master in his field of surgery. He made me feel comfortable right away and answered all of my questions/concerns. He was honest with what he thought would be best for my body and has proven that with my results! I just cant say enough about dr g and his staff. I went to see him for 7 years and had 3 consultations before I was comfortable with having my breast augmentation. after going for my pre-admissions testing, my blood levels were a little elevated and dr g knew something was wrong. he refused to perform the surgery until he knew what it was and im so glad he did. he referred me to a hematologist . after 2 months of testing, they found I had a blood disorder that I was unaware of. the doctors finally diagnosed me and knew what to do in order for me to still have my surgery. dr g took his time and extra care with me .he also gave me his professional opinion on what would look better on me, and he was 100% right! I am so pleased with my results! my recovery time was easier than I thought it would be, and im a little mad I didn't do it earlier in my life. his staff is wonderful and extremely pleasant. they went above and beyond what any doctors office has ever done for me, and im so thankful!
