Reduction Of Large Male Breasts*

23 year old Hispanic patient with painful breast due to excess breast tissue. The amount of excess tissue caused pain when the patient wore tight clothing or had any contact in the area. In this particular case the patient's job requires wearing a vest daily, which was next to impossible given the amount of pain that would cause. A Gynecomastectomy was performed removing all excess breast tissue resulting in no pain and smaller breast for the patient.
