This is a 57 year old woman who has excessive eyelid skin resting on her eyelashes causing a visual field obstruction. She always looked tired. She also complained of loose skin of the face and loss of her jawline. A partial facelift was done in the office surgery suite under local anesthesia. The patient was able to drive herself to and from the office the day of the procedure. An upper and lower blepharoplasty was performed as an outpatient with twilight anesthesia two weeks prior. The patient has a wonderful result , and a much younger looking appearance. The patient is able to see better with the upper eyelid skin gone. She is very happy!
