Face and Eyelid Surgery on Active Woman Restores Youthful Appearance*

The patient felt that her facial appearance did not represent the true person she really is. She wanted a more youthful appearance, to remove the deep lines of her face and extra skin of her neck. She also wanted to improve her droopy eyelids. A facelift and bilateral upper eye lift was recommended and tentatively scheduled at the time of consultation. The patient presented at the pre-operative visit with a large Moh's surgery scar which almost prevented her from having her surgery. The surgery was postponed 3 months and a modified procedure preformed to incorporate the scar. The Patient has a significant improvement in her facial appearance which better represents her lifestyle.
