Patient in her mid 70s was experiencing vision problems, due to the weight of her upper eyelid excess skin weighing down on the eyelids. Along with her upper eyelids causing an obstruction of her vision she was not pleased with the appearance. She felt the droopiness of her upper eyelids was making her look tired all the time and constantly having to lift the excess skin off eyelashes by raising her eyebrows. An upper blepharoplasty was performed to remove all excess skin and freeing the excess weight off the eyelashes and opening her peripheral vision. Patient is happy that her vision has improved.
