This patient presented with excess skin of the upper eyelid. Due to the amount of skin pushing down the patient's eyelid, it caused some obstruction to her vision. During surgery all excess skin was removed. She no longer has any obstruction to her vision and looks more awake and alert.
Before picture you can't see the upper eyelids due to all the excess skin. Post surgery excess skin was removed and the eyelids are now visible. After picture also show the eyes are more open because the skin is not pushing down on the eyelid any longer. More
