The patient was seen for visual field obstruction. He had severe upper eyelid blepharochalasis (excess skin folds). The patient was sent for a Visual Field Study which showed a visual field defect. It was determined to help alleviate the patient of his symptoms, a bilateral upper blepharoplasty would be the best procedure. The procedure rid him of the excess skin and tissue of the upper eyelids making him able to see better and giving him a new refreshed appearance. The patient is very happy with his result.
