This is an 18 year old female who presents with bilateral protruding ears. Throughout childhood and teen years, patient started noticing her ears were sticking out, causing insecurities and always wearing her hair down to hide the problem. During consultation, Dr. Guarino explained to patient her ears lacked antihelical folds and had overgrown concha, causing the ears to protrude outward. A bilateral Otoplasty was performed; excising skin on the posterior and anterior ears, correcting the overgrowth of the concha.
