Protruding ears that needed to be pinned back.*

This patient was unhappy with the way her ears stuck out from her head. After consultation with Dr. Guarino it was determined that she had overgrown chondral cartilage and loss of anti helical fold, causing the ears to protrude. She underwent otoplasty surgery to correct this problem. Post surgery she is very happy that she even got a short haircut, which she was not able to do before and looks great.
