This is a 63 year old male with severe sagging upper eyelid skin with a visual field obstruction greater than 30 degrees of the upper eyelid secondary to the redundant skin and fat. The patient suffers from irritation in the lateral folds of the eyes as well as early eye fatigue. The patient also has a severe brow sagging. On exam, The brow is below the border of the supraorbital ridge adding to the blepharochalasis and visual field obstruction. Upper eyelid surgery (upper blepharoplasty) and brow lift were performed to eliminate the excess skin on the upper eyelid and sagging of the brow. Vision has improved greatly and the patients is very happy that he no longer looks older than his age.
