Unilateral Breast Reduction*

Procedure Details

The patient was seen for left macromastia (enlarged breast). The patient had symptoms of back pain attributed to having breast structural problems. The patient also had upper neck and back strain and rash in the inframammary fold. To alleviate the patient of her symptoms, she underwent a unilateral breast reduction, giving her a more symmetrical chest. Now the patient is able to fit better into clothes, bras fit better and no longer has complaints of back pain, neck strain and rash under the breast.
