Middle aged female with complaints of bilateral macromastia causing her upper back pain, shoulder pain and rash in the inframammary fold. To relieve the patient of her symptoms a bilateral breast reduction was performed removing approximately 475 grams from her right breast and 685 grams from her left breast. The patient's complaints have subsided and she is extremely happy that the strain on her shoulders and back has been removed. The procedure has also helped with her posture.
