This is a 26 year old female, presenting with sagging breasts after having 3 children. During consultation, measurements were taken, noting the nipple distance is 27cm from the sternal notch. Breasts were lifted, using a Keyhole pattern incision, lifting breasts to 20cm and making the areola smaller.
