Mother of 2 desired fuller breasts after breastfeeding*

This patient in her late 20's is a mother of two children and feels like she lost some volume in her breasts after breastfeeding. Dr. Guarino was able to take her from an A Cup to a D Cup using High Profile Saline Implants. He placed a small incision high in the axilla (armpit) to eliminate any visible scarring on the breasts. Because the saline implants are adjustable, Dr. Guarino was able to inflate each implant to the appropriate fill to even out the difference in volume prior to surgery. The patients left breast was smaller than the right prior to surgery. Dr. Guarino used 350 CC implants that were filled to 360 CC on the right and 400 CCs on the left.
