28 yr old woman, wanting to be a D cup.*

This is a 28 year old patient with small breasts. Upon examination of this patient, it is noted that the patient has a wide sternal gap and the left chest appears to protrude a little further than right. Upon consultation, Dr. Guarino advised patient that implants would help achieve the full, founded look. To avoid scars on the breasts implants were placed through an incision high in the axilla (armpit). Patient ideally wanted to be a full C/D cup, and decided on 350cc Round High Profile Implants. The patient was very happy with the size, shape, and appearance of her breasts post surgery.
