During the consultation the patient expressed she was looking to increase the size of her breasts. It was determined that the patient was also a candidate for a breast lift but she did not want any scars on her breast, so she decided not to do a lift. A 350cc saline implant was place under the muscle and filled to 390cc. There are no scars on the patients breast due to the implant being place through the underarm. Patient is very happy with the outcome of her surgery.
