27 year old woman, seeking fuller, round C-Cup breasts*

This is a 27 year old woman, mother of 1 child, who breastfed for 3 months after giving birth. Patient states her breasts became small after giving birth and she would like to have a breast augmentation to give her full round C-Cup breasts. During consultation, various factors were discussed and addressed; from saline versus silicone, the placement of each implant, and measurements. Measurements are used to give insight on size of implant that can be used to comfortably fit patient's anatomy and chest wall. Patient wanted scarless breasts, therefore a saline implant was used. Dr. Guarino placed a small incision in the armpit then lifted the pectoralis muscle and placed implant under the muscle. Patient was pleased with her results and achieved the look patient was seeking.
