Bilateral Augmentation Mammoplasty*

Procedure Details

Young female with small breasts status post pregnancy. The patient had mild breast ptosis (sagging) with the right breast larger than the left. The patient underwent transaxillary subpectoral augmentation mammoplasty. 280cc Natrelle saline implants were placed inflating up to 310cc on the left and filled to 290cc on the right. Taking into consideration the patient's height and frame this gave her a fabulous size for her body and the patient was extremely happy with the result.
