Mother of 2 children with loss of volume in breasts.*

Mother presents with a loss of volume to breasts after having her second child. Patient presents with a small B cup breasts, desiring her pre-pregnancy full C cup breasts. During consultation, Dr. Guarino discussed a few different factors to consider with patient's anatomy. Breasts are somewhat asymmetrical with a slightly short triangle from the sternal notch to the nipples, with left side being 1cm longer. Patient was advised breasts will not be identical but will be similar. A 300cc saline implant was placed through the armpit, giving patient the full, rounded, natural look she desired.
