Patient presented to the office, desiring fuller rounded breasts with Breast Implants. During consultation it was recommended that the breasts needed a lift along with an implant. Patient chose 300cc Saline Implants, which were placed with a small incision in the armpit. The left breast is a little bigger so in using saline implants it allowed Dr. Guarino to make the breasts more even, adding more saline to the right breast. After the implants were placed, a small lift was done, adding symmetry to the breasts, along with making the areolar smaller.
