Lean athletic frame with little body fat*

This is a 32yr old woman, weighing 136lbs, mostly muscle and very little body fat. Patient's major complaint was "she feels like a little boy and just wants to feel like a woman without looking fake". During consultation, a few options were addressed to help attain patient's concerns without feeling top heavy. Patient's triangle was a little short of the recommended "perfect" measurements, limiting the implant size to fit her body and frame. 320cc Saline implants were placed through a small incision in the armpit and inflated to 350cc, to help decrease any rippling.
