Breast Augmentation with Slightly Irregular Chest Wall*

Procedure Details

The patient was seen regarding small breast status post 3 pregnancies. The patient had a slightly irregular chest wall with the left nipple being lower than the right. The patient decided to have 320cc saline implants placed, making her approximately one and a half cup sizes larger. Her left fold was lowered allowing the nipple to raise and be more in line with the right nipple. The implants were placed through the axilla so she did not have any scars on the breasts. The patient is very happy with her result.
