Early budding breast leading to severe asymmetry.*

This is an 18 year old female who presented with severe breast asymmetry. During consultation, it was noted that patient started having breast budding early and throughout puberty, one breast developed smaller than the other. Patient desired symmetrical breasts. Dr. Guarino placed a 350cc Saline implant on the left side inflated to 390cc and a 180cc Saline Implant inflated to 210cc on the right side. After implants were placed a small lift was done to the left side adjusting nipple and the right side required a full breast lift, readjusting the nipple location and size.
