In the initial consultation the patient discussed her desired result was lifted breasts with more volume. Dr. Guarino determined that a breast lift with augmentation was necessary to give the patient the result she was looking for. A 265cc implant was chosen because the patient was not looking for larger breasts, as much as, she was looking to fill loss of volume. After surgery she now has lifted fuller breasts and is very happy.

Before picture show breast were sagging and showed loss of volume. After surgery breast are lifted to their natural position and volume was restored using a 265cc Allergan Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch breast implant. More
