The patient has had multiple pregnancies with 3 C-sections. The abdominal muscles had become lax and abdomen heavy. Patient was an excellent candidate for an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with plication of the rectus muscles and liposuction of the lower abdomen and waist.
