The patient presented with bilateral torn earlobes. The patient was unhappy because she could not wear earrings and didn't like the way the earlobes looked. The patient underwent earlobe repair and reconstruction, taking out the scarred portion of the earlobe and bringing the skin back together. After a couple of months she will be able to get her earlobes pierced and start wearing earrings again!
