Circumferential Lipectomy, Allentown, PA*

The patient was seen for excessive abdominal skin and fat that weighed down over the anterior thighs with trapped humidity in the suprapubic and groin folds. The patient had rashes in the folds that did not respond to over-the-counter products. The patient also had low back pain that was relieved by elevating the heavy abdominal area. To relieve the patient of her symptoms a circumferential abdominoplasty was performed along with liposuction. The patient is very happy with the outcome of her surgery. She is able to function better and fits better in her clothing.
