Procedure Details

Patient underwent gastric bypass surgery and lost about 120 lbs. She presented to the office with large amounts of excess skin and severe sagging breast. A full circumferential body lift was performed, excising the excess skin around patient's abdomen, hips, and back, leaving patient with a contoured appearance following her extreme weight loss. The sagging of the breast was severe and patient was advised that they should be done in 2 stages. Breast were lifted first, bringing the nipple back to center position, followed by 465cc saline implants, in a second procedure.
