This patient desired a flatter tighter tummy! During the consultation it was recommend she get a circumferential tummy tuck (lower body lift), due to the amount of excess skin she had on the hips and lower back. Post surgery she now has the tighter tummy she hoped for as well as a contoured buttocks and back. The patient is very happy.
