B & A's Of Brachioplasty (Arm Lift) To Remove Excess Upper Arm Skin (Bat Wings)*

This patient is in her late 60's and desired an Arm Lift to eliminate the cosmetic concerns she had regarding her arms. Although this patient is thin with small arms she still had excess skin she disliked. During surgery all excess skin was removed improving the couture and restoring the patient's self confidence.
