60 year old patient who was tired of seeing her flabby, sagging arms in the mirror. She felt that her arms made her look older than she was and hated how they would jiggle when she moved them. A brachioplasty was performed eliminating any excess skin and fat. Post surgery she no longer has flabby arms and is very happy with her result.

Before picture shows the excess skin hanging down causing the arm to look larger than it is. Post operatively the arm is thinner and all excess skin and fat has been removed. After picture also allows you to see where the incision was placed on the arm. More
