During her consult with Dr Guarino, 64 year old patient expressed her unhappiness with the loose hanging skin on her upper arms . In order to remove the excess skin and fat from the upper arm area a Brachioplasty was performed. Patient is happy she is able to wear the clothing of her choice with confidence.
